Denise Marra DePekary Helped Grow her Law Firm from three to more than 50 attorneys

A 17-year veteran of the legal profession, Denise Marra DePekary specializes in representing insurance carriers and corporations in toxic tort, construction defect, environmental and insurance defense litigation, employment law, and various insurance coverage matters. She brought her talents to the law firm of Carroll, McNulty & Kull in 2006. Playing an instrumental role in business and staff development, Ms. DePekary is proud to have helped build the firm from the ground-up and to have seen it grow from three to more than 50 attorneys. She attributes her success to the support that she received from her mentors.
Ms. DePekary obtained her JD in 1993 from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University and her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and English in 1990 from Lafayette College.
