Dr. Kass received his PhD. in International Relations from the University of Missouri, his Master's degree in International Relations from Creighton University, and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Grinnell College. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Manufacturer's Institute Advisory Board on Workforce Competency.
