This course has been designed to teach Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and its application and is intended for improvement project team members. Yellow Belt team members form an important part of a mature Lean Six Sigma deployment. As Black Belts and Green Belts begin projects, they will need team members.
In addition to team members, this course is intended for individuals who are interested in taking their Lean Six Sigma knowledge to a deeper level (and not as deep as a Green Belt or Black Belt).
