The current President of the Australian Alumni Association Mexico, Keri Ramirez Arriola, has been awarded the Goodwill Ambassador - Australian Business Award in Mexico City.
The Association has been very active in promoting the quality and recognition of Australian education in Mexico. A Brand Awareness strategy was developed by the Association with the support of AEI to reach key stakeholders in the Mexican labor market.
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, October 29, 2008 /Post Graduate PR News/ -- The current President of the Australian Alumni Association Mexico, Keri Ramirez Arriola, has been awarded the Goodwill Ambassador - " Australian Business Award in Mexico City.
The award was presented to Keri during a cocktail function at the Australian Amabassdor's residency in Mexico City on 19 September 2008.
Keri won the award after founding the Australia Mexico Alumni Association in Mexico and for his continued dedication to promoting the quality of Australian education in Mexico and providing opportunities for Australian Alumni to remain in contact with their Australian institutions and to network with other alumni and Mexican companies.
Keri founded the Australia Mexico Alumni Association in 2007 with the support of Australia Education International (AEI), Australian Institutions and Australian alumni in Mexico. The Association now has over 200 members and membership remains open to any Australian alumni now living in Mexico.
The Association has been very active in promoting the quality and recognition of Australian education in Mexico. A Brand Awareness strategy was developed by the Association with the support of AEI to reach key stakeholders in the Mexican labor market.
The Association has also created marketing materials for Mexican companies highlighting the benefits of Australian education for major international companies in Mexico, profiles of successful alumni and a comprehensive website for the Association which also acts a networking platform for Australian alumni in Mexico.
The Association will continue to profile Australian education in Australia and provide opportunities for Alumni to network with each other and most importantly with Mexican companies wishing to hire Australian graduates.
We wish to thank AEI, Australian Institutions, Australian Alumni and companies in Mexico who continue to support the Association and their initiatives.
